COVID 19:
We are still open for business and processing orders as usual, however we are currently experiencing some postal delays with our shipping provider- Australia post, due to restrictions caused by the global pandemic. Some parcels- particularly international, are taking longer to arrive than others so please be mindful when placing your order.

I PLACED AN ORDER AND DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL:
Please check your email junk/spam folders before contacting us. We send all customers a confirmation email when orders are first placed and then an additional email with a tracking number once orders are dispatched.

WHERE CAN I FIND FRAMES?
All Isla Dream prints come in standard Australian frame sizes: A4, A3, A2 and 50cm x 70cm poster size.

Affordable ready to hang frames can be found in the following stores:

KMART, Spotlight, IKEA, Country Road and Officeworks.

Dollar stores such as the Reject shop also often  have a number of options available in our sizing.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR TWO PAPER OPTIONS?
For a more detailed answer- please see our Blog ‘what the heck is a fine art print?’

In summary- Both Isla Dream print options are professional quality, and printed using genuine Epson pigment inks. However, the fine art option is of the highest quality, designed to last a lifetime with less risk of fading.

Our standard prints are printed onto a lovely 310gsm matte paper that is smooth to touch and cool white in appearance.

Our Fine Art prints use an extra luxurious 310gsm cotton rag paper. It is more card like, has a rough textured surface and is warmer in appearance- similar to artist watercolour paper.

I‘M RENTING. ARE YOUR WALL DECALS SAFE?
Yes!
Our fabric wall decals use a unique low-tack glue technology that leaves no sticky residue on 99% of surfaces & won’t set on your walls over time!

CAN THEY BE REUSED IF WE MOVE HOUSE?
Yes!
Our decals are completely removable and reusable. In fact, they can be applied, removed and reused many times over! They won’t tear or crease and even if the glue side is accidentally scrunched up—it can simply be pulled apart with no damage to the decal.
